I didn’t get any 30 day challenge thing. The red light therapy belt isn’t doing anything for my hips which I don’t have much fat on them. And the hot cream is just that. Only hot. Doesn’t do anything for me. I have used that belt as directed everyday. And nothing. Just a waste of money.
