Very poor Customer Service, product does not work, you wanted me to send a video showing it was plugged in and wasn’t working and I have tried to do that but the email link that you want sent to will not allow me to send the video. I’ve tried rectify this with you to no avail. Your Hassel free guarantee is a lie. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau this weekend and I’m also going to do a social media video about how this whole process has went on. I’ve also contacted my creditor about it.
