They took forever to ship...I believe they took orders before they had a product to sell because they emailed me to taut the launch of the product weeks after I had ordered the products. They emailed everyone that the orders were canceled but no return was going to be issued. They revoked that email and blamed someone in the middle of the night! Now they will not refund if the product has been tried! Terrible Company with terrible practices.
