Again, I don't remember specifically being stated that the shoes were a promo price that excluded refunds/exchanges. I am out of $70 and am stuck with shoes that don't fit. I am happy with my purchase of the two pairs of Ortho Cloud slides. They are very comfortable, but I cannot wear them at work. They are the only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 star.
