Very easy purchasing process

Shoes didnt fit. They wouldn’t let me return them even though it had been within 30days. Shoes also came in a bag smashed together.

Getting them shipped took forever. Once I got them they were half a size smaller than what I ordered. Shoe was the worst quality shoe I’ve ever got in my entire life.

I had ordered shoes in May, received them and they were too small so I did an exchange. Received a bigger size and were still too narrow so I requested a refund but was told that did not fall in the 7 days from ordering but your advertisements all say 30 days no question. I was in my 30 days. I was told I could do another exchange, and to send pictures. I sent pictures and then was told to fill out the form, I did that and got another response that I filled it out wrong and needed to submit agai

The photos looked like sparkles on shoes.. upon receiving it looks like paint splattered all over? Not the best work look!!!!

Horrible!! I ordered shoes and we were a little bit too large. I wanted a refund but they said I cannot get anything exchange or a refund because they were on sale which is absolutely ridiculous. I should be able to return them at least for an exchange in size, do not recommend this company at all.!!!

Very long to arrive and bad product

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they are all too small. I ordered the size I wear and no where does it tell you to up size. Very disappointed with my purchases.

The sneakers arrived after I left for a 2 week long vacation, which I originally ordered them for the trip, when I got home and tried them on they’re very uncomfortable! I was told I could have a one time exception and return them if I provided pictures showing no use. I did and still no return label, ghost. Not impressed at all!

There is no return for refund policy. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from the company. The shoes didn’t fit. After I started looking deeper into the policy, I found that is the biggest problem with your company. Poor business

Shopping experience itself was fine I just wish the shoes had fit better even though I got a half size up from my regular shoe size

I love NURSE BABE's shoes so much! I did have minor issues with sizing at first with my first pair running a little smaller than expected but didn't mind because of the quality.

Customer service is near non existent !

When my order arrived, I received the wrong color green in my order. By the fact that was the only label that was ripped off and by the fact I submitted an inquiry that never went answered, it seems intentional and like deceptive business practices. I submitted an inquiry for help and it went completely unanswered. I got this as a request to review the product and experience. So perhaps this will get some attention and a response since going the route of submitting the inquiry did nothing.
