Good shoes, but sizing should be more accurate when ordering additional pairs in the same size.

I like to communicate over the phone not in email WITH A CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE Email is so much harder but other then that I love the shoes.

When asking for a refund I get no response.

Terrible

Shoes were to small. Returning them was a hassle, taking pictures and they charged me 10.00 a pair to return. I returned them in the same bag they sent them to me in.

Customer service is a nightmare

The shoes arrived quickly. I love that they slip on like socks. I haven’t worn any other shoes to work since I’ve received them. This is my go to shoe for work from now on!

I have tried sending them back since I had them sent several text messages and no one answered any of them the shoes doesn't fit would like a refund if not possible can I get a driffernt style just very unhappy with the service

The falsely advertised that you had 30 days for money back but that was not the case.

The comfort is there but the slip ons are way to hard to get into, I need a shoe horn as the back of the shoe collapses and trying to get your fingers in to pull out is way to frustrating. I try to hold the lil tab but I cant get my foot in and I keep trying but always a struggle. I think a redesign is needed. I should have returned and gotten the lace ups but thats life... I will try, the comfort is there and able to work on my feet without being sore.thanks

What’s upsetting is you can literally find these kind of shoes on Amazon for a fraction of the price and the material that it’s made of on top of that is not worth the higher price that it’s being charged as. On top of that there are plenty of people who have not received their shoes and I for one got one incorrect pair of shoes and could not reach out without practically being ignored on and off over a period of time. That is a scam behavior.

Customer service is negligent. No contact. Spent too much money to have 3 pairs of shoes i cannot even try on.

Love them so comfortable.
