Lacking communication skills. Dragging their feet when it comes to emailing customers back. It shouldn't take up to a month for an issue to be resolved. Their comprehension skills needs working on, too. If a customer has stated they want to return the items in writing, how hard was it for them to comprehend it? When they had to repeatedly question it. Their customer service skills needs a LOT of work.
