Not as advertised

Shoes not of quality that warrants price. Customer service experience was atrocious. They took over a week to respond to my return request and then told me the return shipping label would cost an additional $10. Absolutely awful.

I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free offer. I was very excited to experience all the positive hype that I have read and heard about these shoes. Especially the 12 hour comfort. My mom is 77 years old and holds a part time 6 hour day position as a cashier. Her feet are always sore. I too have a standing work position. We received all 3 pair of shoes. Unfortunately only 1 of the 3 pair had the comfy arch in the middle of the shoe. The other 2 did not. My mom gave hers away and the 2nd pair hav

The shoes took -FOREVER to arrive after ordering- I had almost given up hope thinking I had been scammed. With very little communication on delivery progress, I had no idea it would take weeks for them to arrive.

No way to return shoes

I’ve ordered a few pairs of these shoes. As a health care worker I find these shoes very comfortable. Wrong size was sent but they actually fit anyway. Will order again.

Will never order from here again. Shoes are uncomfortable, never worn, and due to very limited return window I was informed I can’t get a full refund. So no thanks. Don’t recommend.
