Ordering was easy. It took a long time to get my order. When I got them the 1st time and needed to change sizes, it was difficult to get any assistance. I did have email communication with Nikko who was helpful. I thought sending multiple pictures of my shoes was unnecessary. I sent some and had to send more. I mean gosh I had them like 2 weeks. I spent a lot of money on these shoes, and they are terrible.
