I sent a cancel order message after 6 weeks. This was supposed to be a present for Christmas and was way too late. A couple days later I received the shipping info. Whoever is in charge of shipping really dropped the ball on this order and I will never buy again from this company. I am also not impressed with the finished product at all. The engraving is substandard and barely legible. The "Ray skin" on the handle looks and feels like plastic. Not at all like my other Katanas from other places.

Every aspect of this company is poor - the communication and alleged time frame especially. I waited over 2 months and never received my order. The one time I received an actual reply to an email I was told the order would ship soon and I would receive my tracking number. I never did. I asked for a refund with no response. I had to submit a fraud case to my bank just to get a refund. I think this company is a scam.
