I was promised my Tonto ws being sent out a few weeks ago but it really wasn't and as of today (01/23/26) I still have not received it!

You haven't sent my sword, your emailing system sucks, I ordered my sword in November and yall still haven't sent it. There is no tracking number or anything! Your phone number is unavailable on your shop, your contact system sucks, NO ACTUAL PERSON HAS EMAILED ME WITHIN THE "24-48HR" LIMIT YALL SET IN YOUR EMAILS. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY TRIED TO HELP ME WAS ON YOUR INSTAGRAM TEAM.

I tried to begin collecting from your website but it’s seems like a scam to me. Very sad!!

Company is obviously a fake scam. Everyone on Facebook says the same thing. We can’t find ANY customers who can verify they EVER received what they ordered. Not one. Cancel my order and issue a refund. I’m currently working with VISA and taking steps to ensure no one else gets scammed

Yall suck at responding to emails, yall suck at shipping orders. Yall just suck in general honestly. This has been a terrible experience and I will be getting a refund from either yall or my bank.

Very dissatisfied customer! Would not recommend you to anyone. I’ve been waiting for nearly 2 months for my sword that I ordered my son for Christmas! No communication as to what’s taking so long or when I can expect to receive it! Terrible customer service.

Have better tracking for orders and actually respond to emails.

I placed my order almost 2 months ago and still have not received anything. I have emailed you over 20 times and a real person never replies. I looked up and found tons of reviews that your website has horrible customer service you don’t ship on time and what is the fact that the two items I ordered in November 2025 that I’m still waiting for, all three items are on your website and it says in stock and ready to ship so why don’t you go and fuck yourself.

You could actually send my order instead of lying about the status and then sending me survey emails like you actually shipped it to me. That would be a good place to start.

You guys haven’t been replying to my emails, and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped out so i can get the tracking number. Your support team are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
