This company are a bunch of scammers that just want to take peoples money

Feels like I’ve been emailing ghosts for the past month and a half. Auto responses to emails, a fake phone # that obviously doesn’t work and I keep getting emails about product reviews. How can I like something that I never received. Customer service has been absent completely other than “ sorry take a screenshot of your order # and will help out” which has been total BS. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering anything online.

Horrible service

I think it’s ridiculous that you asked me to do surveys but yet I haven’t even received my product! Clearly there’s a miscommunication you’re supposed to get the survey after you get it not twice before but you’ve already done for me. I’ve already gotten this survey twice and still no katana again very very disappointing.

I never received my order and reached out multiple times to your customer service and never got a response. So, I am out money and never got the birthday present for my son. This was a terrible experience. You stole from me.

I haven’t gotten my order. I ordered it in early December for a Christmas present, but it’s still not here. I’m pretty pissed and disappointed in this company. I would highly NOT recommend!

I never received my order. No one replied to my messages.

I ordered in November for a CHRISTMAS GIFT for my son. I didn't receive it until mid January. And the only reason I even received my items was because I started demanding a refund. Wrong cosplay, right sword, but I will never order again.
