Took forever to arrive

Katana is fire and clean, but it just took three months to arrive to my destination

U don’t get order and u can never contact them back

I had yet to receive my sword

Terrible customer service been waiting on my sword since Dec 22nd and no one could tell me anything until I threatened wanting my money back

Scam website that just plays email tag when it feels like sending bot messages about orders they likely have no intention of ever fulfilling. Would rate 0 stars if I could. After being ignored for so long with no real progress, I have reported the company to the FTC.

Feel entire thing is a scam, still havent recieved anything, no update that its on its way to be delivered and all emails are met with corporate B.S. saying you need to wait on your order. Then bother sending multiple emails asking about products I still havent recieved.

I would like to file for a refund for order #12289 purchased on December 4 I have sent multiple emails for updates only to recieve general messages and no response. This has the poorest experience I have ever gone through. I will call the financial service to force a refund and consult with a lawyer to file a refund under both Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 here in the UK. No communication about the order that was order over two months ago I get thy try to use traditional ways and it takes time but then communicate with ur buyers so they don’t feel like it’s a scam

The shipping took 2 months for an item I purchased almost a month before Christmas. There was little communication, I had to constantly ask for updates and then they came weeks of each other. Once a lable finally got assigned it took several more weeks before the items actually shipped. I am happy with the product but there should definitely be clearer shipping times. There is no distinction on what items are forged and which are ready to ship.

No matter how many of the same “updates” I get I’ve been given no timeframe after the initial 3-5 business days on the order page. It’s now been 3 months and have been getting email after email to rate my order which I STILL HAVE NO RECIEVED. The founder “John” has emailed twice about having patience and hand-forging takes a while. Understandable but not giving your customers any real information about an order that they spent decent money on is just horrible.

Shipping was a little slower than expected
