I ordered two swords, 2 stands and 2 cleaning kits. I have gotten one sword, stands and two cleaning kits still waiting on the other sword. I was asked if I would like to review of what I have gotten through email a week ago. What I have stated was I haven’t received any updates on my items will be delivered. They wrote back to me within 2 to 5 hours and said sorry for not giving you updates, and gave me updates on when they would be delivered. Thanks at Katana US.

It was a good experience with beautiful items to select from. I made my selection, paid for my order and received an email stating that my order was processing. Then I received an update that a label was created and my item was waiting on pickup from carrier but should arrive approximately by October 30. Then nothing, the money has been withdrawn out of my bank account and all I've been getting are emails asking me if I love the Katana sword and the additional items that I ordered. WHAT SWORD?
