Easily completed selection and transaction.

Love the katanas

It was ok nothing really to brag about other than reading that when purchasing a sword a tanto blade would be included, guess what no tanto blade

The items I paid for arrived incomplete without explanation. Pay for items ordered, I expect the items to be delivered or a partial refund.

Waited a month and had to email for some kind of update. Now package shows UPS label was made but UPS hasn't received the item. I want my money back at this point.

Customer service is horrible. don't buy from here, order took a month to ship. They incorrectly processed my order and have completely ghosted me.

Slow shipping and delivered wrong item

Like I said before it arrived very late, but the quality of the keychain is very nice one thing is that it comes out of the sheath very easily so I am sceptical if it will fall out one day and I won’t notice

It took more than 6 weeks for delivery and when I asked for updates, I received either no response or a tracking number that showed only a label had been purchased. Once it finally did ship, it was delayed twice during transit.

Terrible customer service. No information why it is taking so long to create/forge my custom katana.

Based on UPS complications it took awhile to come in, but overall a very good purchase!

They never sent my items. Scam website.

The katana is beautiful, but the scabbard looks like it was painted by a kindergartner. All my friends made the same comment. Such a great looking katana but a scabbard that looks like it was picked up at the dollar store. Also, I kept getting requests 2 weeks and every week after, requesting a review. Problem is, it didn't arrive until 2 months later. Be more transparent before asking me to buy another one before the 1st one arrived.

2 months since ordering and no updates, hasn't even shipped.

Ordered the item back in September and still have yet to receive it.

Have not received item after 2 months of purchase. I want to love it. I want to say I gave the best gift ever.

Add said about 7days would be shipped. That's funny

Even after several emails and only getting responses like "Your order is being processed, thank you for your patience" - I still haver not received my order placed on October 14th. Takes some pretty big cajones to then ask what I think of my order....

It was supposed to be at my house at November 24 th but I still haven’t received it

I’ve had nothing but issues. First the shipping didn’t update. I had to reach out multiple times to find out why it was taking over a month to get my product and when I finally get it, it’s missing the stand I purchased. I’ve emailed twice with no response.
