Slow reply times when emailed. ordered my sword on October 29th and only recieved one update when it went to the forge on November 19th and havent heard anything since. Usually takes about 4 or 5 days to get an email back after asking if there are any updates on my order. and its always we have alot of orders and its in the queue. I understand a lot of orders but my brother placed his order almost a day after mine and his order got shipped and delivered before mine did.

Communication was terrible. I got conflicting emails throughout process. Took over a month to show up just to find out quality of sword was not as advertised.
