As I’ve said in my review of my order, Katana’s customer service is terrible. After almost 2 months I have not received my order and neither has UPS. I’ve emailed Katana US about this issue and have yet to receive a response. I believe they are waiting out the 60 days since my order that I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. As per my experience, this website is a scam. Do not buy from Katana US.
