Ask for an update on my katana I get the same ai message I got three time ask for a refund and got the same message??? I either want my sword or my money

never got my kitana that was gonna be a christmas gift.

Although I complained to the company about not receiving my merchandise even though they charged me over seven weeks ago; I have not received any positive feedback.

Ordered Nov. 5. Now Dec. 29 and nothing.

I made the order on November 9th and today is December 28th. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Shipping process and customer service is a mess. It’s almost been 2 months with minimal updates for my order.

Absolutely horrible, placed my order never got a tracking number or ANY update on my order. Emailed support twice with no direct answer. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Going on 60 days and still haven't received my order or even a status update at all. If I could I would get a refund and be completely done with this horrible company and horrible experience

I'm no longer confident this is a legitimate business due to lack of response from customer service and failure to deliver goods.

The katana is ok but the service sucks. The shipping took 6 weeks even though the website says 10 days. No customer service and all the add ins I paid for were scams. Would never do business with this company again.

Edit- Yes replies are slow, but you will receive a reply. I received the package. Just be patient and you will receive your order. Slow replies, never received the katana/stand/cleaning kit, and I think I threw away $250 to this company

Poor customer service and prolonged delays caused my gift to be late. I will not be purchasing with the company again. If I ever receive the item, the recipient can make the choice if they will purchase with the company.

I have order this for Christmas present back in mid November, never received the item and have contacted customer service by email but no one has responded back to me! To be able to contact you had to confirm I have received it so I could leave a review to get your attention also letting other people know you are not responding! Don’t waste your time and money to purchase this!!!
