never received order and its been 4 months

No updates on tracking order and false information about delivery.

Did not like this experience at all I never received my order and after emailing them about it they copied and pasted their response multiple times. I asked for a refund and got ignored multiple times so I never got my order or my money back. Also I am getting lots of spam emails about their other products so don’t like that either.

I never received my order, 6 months waiting they dont even reply my emails. Scammers

Don't bother, the people do not reply and if they do reply, it's scripted response, don't waste your time here.

Terrible been waiting 3 months for my katana that never came definitely want a refund

No one replies back from support. Its all automated messages. My sword is stuck in ready to ship with no progress. Its been like that for 3 months. Its just been a poor experience. Would not recommend.

They take your money and never ship anything and then refuse to refund money. Avoid this scamming company.

Very very poor. Promised quick delivery and months later it hasn’t shipped Dozens of generic emails received with very poor excuses about a shipping backlog. Hurry up and send my sword before I file for a refund

I received the wrong order 2 months after I placed my order. I have reached out to the Katana US multiple times and have gotten little to no response. I am still waiting for instructions to resolve my issue.

I placed an order on November 13, 2025. I still haven't received my order, I emailed them and barely get a response. If possible I would rate 0 stars.

Poor response to emails, never got my order, and only have John kick the can down the road. He never has a ship date and makes me feel like I will never get my order at all.

Placed my order nearly 80 days ago and was expecting my item in time for Christmas. You falsely advertised that the sword would deliver in time for Christmas. I've received numerous emails about the "status" of my sword at different stages of the process but never in order. One said ready to ship, and few weeks later the email said entering the forge. This company is a scam. Do not buy from here!

When I purchased the sword it was in stock. Then it was being forged. Then it was going to ship. Then it was being forged. Then a shipping label was created. Then it was being forged. Then you were short on help. Then... Nothing. Then it arrived. All well constantly being barraged by emails to purchase other models. If I could I would give no stars. What a terrible fucking experience.

My experience is I ordered three of these on December 31 and have not received any of them. I keep getting excuses as to why they are not delivered I WANT MY MONEY BACK Part of don’t even think you guys exist and this is all a scam

It's not what I thought it would be and it seems that the blades been sharpened on the wrong side or been mounted improperly.

You don't deliver products in a timely manner. If you are sold out, then indicate that on your site. But don't let people make purchases for Christmas gifts and then take months to fulfill an order
