Fatal, no dais garantía a vuestras bicicletas, tampoco dais la factura de compra, todos los elementos para pensar que estamos delante de una empresa pirata que engaña a sus clientes. Es la manera más ruin de interactuar con un cliente, vuestra manera de hacer y de no responder a vuestras promesas y errores.

Communication problems about technical issues

I was kept up to date and all questions we're answered within the day. Very good customer service

Got a little confused with the adding-to-basket and such and needed a couple goes, but it came out OK in the end. Not sure if the page gives the true story about power etc. But the hundred euro discount and freebies were nice ;-) ... Aftermarket enquiries over a couple points of confusion didn't go great as I just got directed to a PDF of the manual that came in the box, but that's kinda standard these days. Just hope it doesn't point to future difficulty if I have actual problems?

Not a great customer support, free gifts were a small bag that you can fit nothing and a lock so weak that no would think to use on a £800+ ebike

Confirmation/despatch was a little slow, but everything else about the site & ordering process was great!

The customer support service seems to be effective and responsive to quaries which realy helps in terms of communication.

I am very disappointed with PVY, specially with their customer service. I received my new PVY Z20 Plus on April 16. Unfortunately, the bicycle arrived damaged. I think they could greatly improve the way they packaged the bicycle. I've bought bikes online from other brands and they've always arrived in perfect condition. I reported the damage immediately and decided not to use the bicycle. On April 20, within PVY’s stated 14-day return period, I formally requested to return the bicycle and re

When the bike arrived, the gears needed adjusting, the metal fenders were chipped, and the display wasn't the same as the one shown in the official photos on the website. I even wrote to customer service about the display, but I never received a reply.

Your pre sales were great, you post sales really awful.

If you mean by the site I would give you a 5 but in general with all my experience after all that I had I am not that happy. Before I got the bike I had an answer directly to everything unfortunately after my purchase when some problems appeared I did not have the direct support that I expected I would have as I had seen at the beginning. Imagine I am still waiting with the helmet control for an answer.

Late delivery

I purchased the bike 03/06/26 today 29/06/26 and the battery still has not arrived

Το ποδήλατο αρχικά το έκρινα θετικά,πέρα απο το πρόβλημα που ειχε ό εμπρόσθιος λασποτήρας .στην συνέχεια μου δημιούργησε ενα πρόβλημα!!ενώ βρίσκομαι στην πρώτη φορτιση της μπαταρίας,και ενώ ειχε δύο[--] ενδείξεις στην δύναμη της μπαταρίας,εσβησαν ολες οι ηλεκτρονικες ενδείξεις!! Δεν ξερω αν μπορεί να ειναι φυσιολογικό αυτο!! Τωρα την εχω σε φόρτισει και περιμένω!!

I am thoroughly impressed with this product and am completely satisfied; selecting this bicycle was an excellent decision, and I am genuinely delighted with it.

Welding seams (see Pic04.jpg and Pic05.jpg): In the critical high-stress area between the seat post and the rear suspension, the weld seam is incomplete. As shown in the photo, there is an open crater hole (weld crater). Because the seam is not fully closed, there is an acute risk of cracking and structural failure. The additional "Shop" app for delivery notes is more or less useless for me and gave me some weird notes which only became clear in hindsight. The website is nice and the shop-system works great. The support was quick and friendly – when I had to sort out the Shop updates.

The charger becomes very hot during use. I always ensure that it is placed in a well-ventilated area with adequate airflow and a cool surrounding temperature.
