vélo en panne depuis 3 Mars 2026, fin garantir en avril . problème de cour circuit . commande : contrôleur en mars / Reçu en fin Mars. Avril problème électrique réapparaitre . échange pendant 15jrs sans solution. je commande le sensor + câbles commande principal . livraison début juin. colis perdu ! ! !! ! ! le pire , je propose acheter un nouveau vélo, aucune remise, colis perdu 78 euro / Z20 Pro Evo , j'ai payer une 2e batterie 280 euro + contrôleur 49 Euro + 78 euro . Aucune solution proposer

At the beginning I was a little bit disppointed because the color of the bike I ordered was out of stock and I had to wait 5 weeks. In the end everything went as agreed with your support team.

Impossibile to fix, the system is not capable to support buyers in their own contruies. Need more Shops and Labs to help buyers.

The e-bike is really lightweight and easy to assemble. With two batteries the recharges are less frequent, and the pedal assist works pretty well.

You can definitely feel the power instantly when you touch the peddle/throttle due to cadence sensor. The seat is super comfy, paired with the thick tyres means the ride is extremely smooth and my rump and back are protected. Received nice compliments from the public

Non sono capaci di risolvere la partenza a pedalata di farla piu efficace sulle prime 2 pedalate i parametri p11 e p12 gli unici che potevano dare piu spinta all inizio con la pedalata sono bloccati e per me è faticoso e la bici non vale per me avevo scelto la pvy z20 plus per stare tranquillo ma se sapevo acquistato una Engwe

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with my order and quite disappointed, even though I ordered it directly from you, the manufacturer: - the box arrived damaged, and the bike frame inside was also damaged - the front wheel arrived in completely separate pieces: the wheel, the mudguard separately - and once assembled, unfortunately the brakes have to be adjusted because the disc brake is bent in a figure 8 - the plastic arm holding the battery simply broke under the weight of the battery!

I love the bike itself, but I would appreciate it if the bike had more battery capacity. Since I use it to get to work which takes about 18 km, I always need to recharge it after I get home since I drove for about 36km. So the bike is perfect but a more battery capacity efficiency would be great.
