I'm having a problem with the bike I received. Your service center is aware of the issue. I've been corresponding with them via email since August 6, 2020. The issue has not been resolved yet. I'm very frustrated with this situation.

Bike advertised as free delivery on all purchases ,but was not the case ,need to amend in promotions as very misleading

Parts came in time

Terrible service because the selected model was available at the time of purchase. After waiting almost two months, I had to pay a lot of money to get another model due to a problem that wasn't mine, but yours. There were no special discounts (just 20% off the rear rack). Absolutely unprofessional and definitely not recommended.

Terrible experience. It came without brakes and the rear shock was leaking oil. I filed complaints via email and WhatsApp, as there's no other way to contact the company. The response was, "Fix it yourself," with this YouTube video. Terrible after-sales service. No one takes responsibility. I bought a new bike. It came without brakes, a broken rear shock, and after 140 km, all the bolts came loose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid €1,099. They're asking for a review.

The bike came really quick

Sold on Temu for a fraction of the price. The seller is based in China and not complying with EU consumer protection rules. I requested a return within the legal 14 day period for an unopened item, but they repeatedly refused to provide the return address and instead tried to offer small partial refunds. It took days of back and forth emails, wasting hours of my time. Very bad experience I would not recommend buying from them.

It's a pity that there was no charger included in the set, I had previously ordered batteries for another e-bike and received batteries with a charger.
