It's a pity that there was no charger included in the set, I had previously ordered batteries for another e-bike and received batteries with a charger.

A few days after purchasing the bicycle, both keys for the battery lock broke. The fact that the key must remain in place during use is a design flaw, causing unnecessary stress on the keys and making them prone to breaking. Additionally, the battery discharges very quickly, dropping to about half its capacity after only around 5 kilometers of riding.

Choose a more responsible courier.

There was slight delay in delivery but it arrived bang on the last date. The tracking update could be more real time than just a in transit status.

After receiving the bike it was battered and bruised by the journey. The gears did not function as they were designed, the rear wheel was not balanced and caused the bike to vibrate. I contacted yourselves several times with no help or advice given. I have resolved these matters at my own cost , I would NOT recommend your customer service. That’s the truth.

Hello,The not so good points 1) I asked you a few weeks ago to send me the approval certificate. The Libon i have to wait for a week before I get it, because it was out of stock. The other items I ordered I only get an extra charger and a lock. I still have to wait for other items, because they are out of stock.

Put in my old address contacted customer service straight away got back to me two days later which was too late for me. When they got back to me they were very good but it was to late.
