At first I was a bit disappointed when I ordered the bike I got email after saying got none in stock and will be mid July. But was delivered the next week so must have been an issue with stock control. But great delivery well packed simple to assemble.

It’s missing the metal pin how can I make

The electric cable for motor is very long hidden inside the bicycle frame. If one needs to change tires to spikes or has a punctured tire it is very very! complicated to do so. You need to disassemble half of the bike for that … also the brakes are not the best quality.

The package never reached me—it got lost—and I asked for a refund, but they aren't issuing one.

Catastrophic customer service! They respond quickly, but their replies are nothing but empty promises!

My Z20 Plus has only been ridden 7 times, and an error mode 010 has appeared. I ordered all the new replacement parts, waited 1.5 months for them to arrive, and it still doesn't work. I haven't received any further support, so I'll have to throw the parts away—and probably the bike, too.

The ordering and delivery process was easy and quick. The damage on the chain and brakes less so.

The bike is used daily and does a great job. I am happy with the purchase.

It's a good bike but the battery doesn't seem to be the one advertised its 540ish there is one in the accessories that's better. So why?

I was a bit hesitant first to buy from a non european seller. But four things convinced me to make the purchase. First of all the price. Similar bikes from sellers in my country cost several hundred Euros more. Secondly, the bike has received good reviews. Thirdly, spare parts are available from the seller’s website. Fourthly, a bike is a bike. Most exchangeable parts are standard and some even from renowned brands. All in all, a good bike for the money.

I ordered newer model not old one with 13 ah battery than can do only 35 km max on fully charged battery,im disapointed

It is heavier than stated and lacks a push-assist function. Shipping took longer than expected, the wrong bag was delivered, and the correct front bag still hasn't arrived.

Es la manera más ruin de interactuar con un cliente, vuestra manera de hacer y de no responder a vuestras promesas y errores.

Communication problems about technical issues

I was kept up to date and all questions we're answered within the day. Very good customer service

Got a little confused with the adding-to-basket and such and needed a couple goes, but it came out OK in the end. Not sure if the page gives the true story about power etc. But the hundred euro discount and freebies were nice ;-) ... Aftermarket enquiries over a couple points of confusion didn't go great as I just got directed to a PDF of the manual that came in the box, but that's kinda standard these days. Just hope it doesn't point to future difficulty if I have actual problems?
