It took a very long time to receive and is not functioning - the clasp will not open

Deceiving description of merchandising.

Excellent, packaging is beautiful, pieces are stunning!

Ordered my product over a month ago and haven’t received anything or heard anything from the couple support messages I sent. Bad customer support, service, delivery team, packing and most of all management for letting this happen.

I never got my order or my refund

I ordered this for a birthday gift and the shipping time assured me it would arrive on time and it came a week later. Also did not look like a quality piece.

Shipping was a bit long but overall good experience

Did not receive item and have not received refund despite sending multiple emails.

My ring was delivered without a gemstone. The bracelet was unwearable as it was tied in many many knots. Terrible experience (especially the ring!)

Took too long to get delivered and also the bag it came in was dirty. also no customer service.

Never received my items and they didn’t respond to attempts to fix the situation (either a refund or re-sending items). Very displeased.

Cheap, not as advertised. Hand chain tarnished when advertised as waterproof and authentic gold. 1/10

“Very disappointed with the quality. The ‘free gift’ arrived looking tarnished, and the bracelet itself had an off-colored, defective clasp that didn’t match the rest of the jewelry. The pieces looked cheap in person and nothing like what I expected from a brand advertising gold-plated jewelry. What made the experience worse was that I contacted customer service immediately after receiving my order and still haven’t received a response, yet I’m getting emails asking me to leave a review.

You sent me an empty box.

They were not very clear with the quality of the product. They do not provide an up-close picture of the actual product, ao what you see in the picture is not what you get.

Everything is great quality, packaged beautifully and very quick to arrive

I only received the watch. Which is ok, its what I ordered. It looks like there was supposed to be a gift also, which didn't arrive with the watch ( so I didn't review it)
