Could Easily navigate through the website, great customer service!

awesome came in just under two weeks!

I've reached out twice to return items and the company has not responded. I think Caducci will simply wait me out until the return window closes so I can't get my money back. This is not the way to build loyal customers.

I finally found precisely the style I was looking for from your company.

Broken

Watch was beautiful but the clasp broke. I made several attempts to contact customer service without even an acknowledgment but yet I am asked to review the product and the experience?!!!

I didn't like the fact that the watch broke not even 24h after I received it, there is no way to call them to talk to the customer service. They didn't respond to my email

Very easy to shop just sad about the necklace breaking so quick and it’s a lovely design.

Customer support was extremely hard to access and get a response. The packaging was very poor as well.

Easy to order, prompt delivery

Shipping time was decent, the product is so nice and elegant though I wished it has the logo engraved on it knowing it came from caducci and know where else.

I’m in love with the ring I’ve got but the delivery time was a little bit too long but it’s ok I’m happy!

Took a little too long to get to us. Missed my giving it to my daughter on her Birthday.

It looks very cheap, the paint (it doesn't look like gold plating) has lumps, but the price isn't cheap, worth at most 2 Singapore dollars.

NOT ITALIAN!!!! Don’t brand as Italian and the create and ship from Mexico. Jewelry is overpriced. I feel like I got duped!

No proper communication, no response to emails

Terrible you have to readjust the watch yourself and the tool and pins are way too small and finicky. Ultimately some of the pins were mid shaped and I couldn’t resize the watches.

Garbage pieces and shipping is a long time

Shipping took weeks despite paying for express shipping. Watch is not functional as clasp doesn’t open.

The way my order was packaged was upsetting, when I got my order I had 3 items all stuffed inside the same jewellery bag and tangled together, and 2 of my items were nothing like what was advertised

It took weeks for my order to get to me. I was grateful for the free gift, but half of it was missing. A few of my pieces didn't have a drawstring bag to store in like the other ones. The boxes were banged up and crushed, and were just thrown together. The pieces are gorgeous, and I love them. From a customer service standpoint, it wasn't a great experience and I won't be ordering again.

It was an easy and pleasant shopping experience. Be patient with shipping. The products are identical to the photos. Pricing was a bit high, so I was happy to purchase during the buy one get one free event for international women’s day. I love the hand chains I purchased.

Beautiful pieces

Easy, reliable and fast.

All they’re drawing is false advertisement. The description said it’s made out of silver Sterling and gold plated that is not true. They’re all made out of stainless steel and I am working on a refund.
