I still have not received a response in regards to issues with the shipment of my order. Repeatedly asking me to rate your product when your carrier brought my package to the wrong address even when the right address was plastered across the front of the box, your customer service is extremely unsatisfactory and I will not be purchasing from this shop again unless the situation is fixed.

I ordered a watch, a bracelet, and a necklace 2 months ago and haven't gotten any items. Sent an email a week ago, haven't got any reply whatsoever. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. When I look up my order number on their own site my order doesn't come up. When I look up my shipping number on the shipping company's website it doesn't come up there either and has no option for refunds, only returns. (Which I haven't even received btw)
