I placed quite a large order. some items are fantastic and some, one in particular, is tarnishing and not holding up to my expectations. I also thought each item would come individually boxed and also in a "CADUCCI" brand box like it shows in the ads. It came in a white box. No name. and all my pieces aside from my watch, were just thrown loose into this box together, tangled and scratching one another. It was a mess. I was not impressed given how much you're paying for each item.

The watch was pretty, but the packaging was sloppy/difficult to open and the item took a long time to arrive. When opening the package, the free necklaces were tangled and the there was a tight plastic around the watch that took a a while to remove. Then, it took about thirty minutes to remove and reconnect links to resize the watch. I wish there were instructions or tips included with the resizing tool.

Items weren't packed well. It was really disappointing to receive it for the price I paid. The jewelry were just thrown in the box and the watch were in the velvet pouch, but the pouch was open so it slid off and mingled with the necklace. Had to be careful with it to untangle.

I ordered my items and it took several weeks to arrive. The shipping company claimed my home address was fake/led to the middle of a road and wouldn’t deliver. After I dealt with that hassle, the products finally arrived and the quality was disappointing. The metal is thin and pliant, prone to scratches and bending. The bracelets/necklaces are easily broken chains and the clasps are clearly cheap. I wish I didn’t spend my money on a TikTok ad company. Lesson learned.
