I wish I was writing a better review because I was super excited about this and the money spent on some jewellery I saved up for. The packaging looks beautiful but again, it comes just thrown into a black velvet baggie? This should be contained properly. Quality isn’t the best either but it is what it is! Ty

Wouldn’t respond to my emails

I received a faulty item. Tried to contact them and no answer. I am Very disappointed as I love the designs and was looking forward to buying many more pieces

Dropshipping

I'm fairly sure this entire company is a drop ship company who is sourcing their products from somewhere in Asia and dramatically upping the prices. The watch is cute, but I wore it for a day and now have a rash on my wrist.

I requested to change my delivery address, two weeks before it arrived. I could not get ahold of anyone, and wound up not being home when the delivery came. They almost returned my order because of this. Fortunately the kind delivery driver drove back to me once I made it home. This was a frustrating experience.

False advertisement. Bait and switch on customers website needs to make it known it is drop shipped from China.

Jewelry is great, seems to be good quality, and is as pictured! Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but overall very happy with my order!

I have had a bad experience working with this company. The items I ordered were stolen during transit and the company will not send me the items I paid for, nor refund me. I am very disappointed as this was a birthday gift for someone. The support team has not been helpful at all.

I ordered my jewelry and payed for “skip the line” assuming I’d get it within the week or so. It took about a month to get to me. They did process and send it the day after but overall the shipping was from overseas in china I believe and it took three or four weeks to arrive. I did however receive updates on the entire delivery updates

Jewelry is beautiful in photos but seems to be poorly made

The clasp on my watch was faulty and it fell off my wrist one day after only two weeks of wearing it.

Two one watch is completely broken and the other has no instructions on how to remove links. Customer service is not responding to emails.

really cannot stress enough how much i DO NOT recommend this brand. all their inventory is dropshipped crap from alibaba. everything is marked as on sale so that they can get out of refunding you. my package was left outside on the street in nyc and customer support told me there was nothing they could do because it was "delivered" (it was left on the sidewalk in front of the building, which in nyc is not considered "delivered" by any means). as far as the product itself goes, i can't speak to its quality because i never got my order, but after researching this brand more i found all of their "designs" and pieces on wholesale sites like aliexpress. chinese scam. don't waste your time

Watch already broke trying to size it so I could wear it.
