I will never order from this company again, they make products for stick figures and I am deeply disappointed considering I ordered based on the size chart they provided and couldn't get the dress past my legs. *I'm a small person *this dress should have fit perfectly based on the measurements they provided.

Customer service is non-existent. I had to email weeks after order to get it shipped and once shipped, it never made it to me. I requested to NOT sign for it and they wouldn't leave it and then when I rescheduled delivery it never came. Weeks later I contacted you and you said it is out for redelivery this week which has not happened and also is not ok because I won't be home to sign for it unless I coordinate with shipping. Horrible experience and I need a refund

We are having difficulty figuring out how to exchange the dress we purchased.

Fast shipping

In attempts to get a refund and return the dress for lacking the quality shown in the photos I was offered an 85% off store credit for the item. After receiving something that does not match the pictures I will never be shopping with them again as the same thing is bound to happen. Until quality is improved, I would not purchase from this store.

Terrible customer service. Refuses return for refund. How is someone going to know if something fits when it is ordered online? Unacceptable.

I was nervous about the no return policy, but the dress was great quality.

It was a little scary due to not having any shipping information. It was after I emailed for information. However afterwards it came through. Wished shipping could be a little quicker. 🤣

Dress came after my wedding and I had emailed about it…company said I would get a partial refund which I never got.
