This company is knocking off authentic brands and replicating them using cheap materials while still charging hundreds. Scam.

You said you could deliver in beginning of March I did not receive my dress to middle of April. The dress was supposed to be for my wedding reception that I obviously never got to wear.

I couldn’t return my dress unless there was an error with the purchase. The actually photo of the product does not match the quality. Very disappointed.

Be very careful ordering from this company. I purchased almost $400 in items and the company says that it was delivered to my house, but it never was. I would never order from this company again. I even emailed them to notify them of this and they did nothing to remedy the problem.

Your sizing is completely inaccurate, consequently it does not fit. And you don’t do any return. This is called FRAUD. I will have to report you. NEITHER ONE OF THE DRESSES FIT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS FRAUD!! Never purchase from you again! I will report you FRAUD!!

Terrible customer service, they send you dresses that are cheaply made to replicate the photo and take your money. They do not abide by their own policy and are rude. The dress was falling apart right out of the bag. The dress I received was like a kids dress up version of the photo.

The dress seemed to be of very low quality. Also, I ordered a size L, and it runs very small—it didn’t fit me. I usually wear a regular size, typically a small or at most a medium, and this one looks like it’s made for a teenage girl. I’m 44 years old and needed it for a baptism event, but it did not meet my expectations. It was too small and of very poor quality. It didn’t look elegant as shown in the picture. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund.

The expedited shipping description wasn’t clear it processed for 3 -4 days before it ships which then takes another 5 days to ship in total 8-10 days. This was definitely not expedited

I appreciated how fast the dress was made and shipped. I think there was some ambiguity in the measurements required for custom sizing which could have led to why mine didn’t fit.

Stated returnable and then I contact to initiate return and customer service is contradictory and states only if it’s defective and some 3 week rule which was coincidentally not even 24 hours difference of the “window.” Horrible company, regret even being on this website. No consumer consideration, it’s a greedy company.

Each return email is titled dear making it seem condescending and creepy. As I said before, you did not process a return promptly or refund at all. You also falsely advertised and the dress delivered was not the dress advertised.
