I was looking for a faux fur coat and came across the SOERA store. The product photos showed a beautiful coat that looked natural, loose-fitting, and in a rich brown color. Based on the images and description, I decided to place an order.
About two weeks later, I received the package. The packaging itself was simple, which was acceptable. However, once I opened the item, I was extremely disappointed. The coat I received did not match the photos or description at all. The color was ginger/orange

Very bad store. I ordered this dress and it arrived terrible — the fabric is awful, and on top of that, the dress doesn’t match the size. But even if it did, I wouldn’t wear it anywhere because the fabric is just horrible. And on top of that, they can’t do a normal return like usual, and they want me to send it back to China myself using the information they gave me. This is just awful! It’s the cheapest Chinese clothing!
