Paid for expedited shipping and after a week I received notice that the product cleared customs! The marketing piece indicated it was being shipped from within the US. It took over two weeks to get product.

Poor cs and can’t get a hold of anyone to fix issues Haven’t even gotten to Joe long it took for product to get here but they couldn’t correct order issues per say because it was being shipped but it took weeks for bag to get here with incorrect items inside of bag

No customer service. I sent an email requesting a refund for both the products on Sunday, May 24, 2026, and I have not received a response. Apparently Rejuvacare is attempting to string me along until the 90-day return and refund period expires. I intend to contact American Express and also the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Protection and file a complaint against Rejuvacare.

Took to long to receive if you are going to sell products in the USA you should have a warehouse in the country and not ship from china item arrived weeks after I purchased

Originally told when ordered it would be 3-4 days. It took a week and a half to arrive.

I've been using the tone patches now for almost 2 weeks and the results are not too good. Do not see any weight loss results.

Item arrived okay. I noticed two unauthorized credit card charges, which I have disputed. Rejuva Care is the only company I have used that card on recently.

It was great at first But now 1 isn't working

You charged me for a knee and shoulder pad, causing my charge card company to think it was a bad charge. Causing them to issue me new charge cards-Not fun.

Terrible shopping experience. Had to watch videos forever trying to sell me additional products and would not allow me to stop watching with threat of doubling my order and charges if I stopped. Also threatened to add over a $40 charge per month on an ongoing basis that I had to call and tell them to cancel. Would never go to their site again.

I highly recommend Rejyvacare if one has edema. It does diminish it with usage

Took too long to view and get to the actual ordering. Almost impossible to make changes before submitting my order. Still waiting for part of my order, red light wand. Maybe addition of the wand would help. Received very poor directions on wearing and using this product. Has not been a good experience.

After receiving my arm wrap I used it that same nite my husband helped me put it on and in 10 minutes I felt it working and it got better as time went on I slept most of the nite , I use it day and nite , Thank you Rejuvacare.
