Took over a week to arrive

Your product is okay, but your business ethics are poor. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid unauthorized charges to a website that Rejuvacare signed me up for. I will not purchase from Rejuvacare again.

Seemless and helpful.

You guys try tagging on two or three monthly charges of near $20 a piece I do not appreciate that crap and you send dozens of emails you send too many

I have used the light pumps to great effect it's greatly reduced the swelling in my knees. My husband uses the shoulder massager and it is helped his shoulder tremendously.

I cannot belirvr you sent such a small device that cannot even fit around an edma ankle. You really need to check the problem out and correct it

this is a scam.

It’s really not one size fits all. I generally wear an extra small or a small women’s. I have to hold it in place for it to land on the top of my shoulder.

Slow shipping and weak tech support

I bought a couple of your heat / vibrate knee pads based on your statement that if I was not satisfied I could return for a refund..I want to return these and the main reason they have no IR/RED lights built into them..I have 3 of these that have the lights built in and I see benefit from the lights , that I do not see from your pads.. Let me know how I can return these for a refund..

Expensive for what it does and battery doesn't have long life. Used a card that i do not use very often and after I purchased this some how my card information was stolen and had to cancel because of false charges. I will not purchase from you all again

I didn't realize how strict your return policy was so I will never be ordering from you again. I have not been able to process a return as of yet.

Know that the unit is coming from China ( blech ) and plan accordingly for the wait.

My whole experience with rejuvacare sucked.I am being charged for a subscription that I didn't subscribe to and I still haven't gotten my money back.It's been 2 months and I'm still trying to get it back,and now I don't know what I supposedly gotten,nothing has been ordered or received.If I could give a 0 rating I would.I want my refund back now and I don't ever want to deal with your company again.All I have been to is it has to update before I can get my money back.For 2 months.

Just a whole lot of verbiage with nothing being said. One of the worst experiences I've had so far. You got me and I couldn't leave.

The only issue I have is that your sale pitch online is toooo long. 😊

seems like it's all a marketing ploy

I have explained in my write up. I didn't receive what I was sure I had ordered but was delighted to be offered a 40% discount which I am waiting to receive. The people who have contacted me have been very patient and helpful.

I was charged fir something i didn't order eventually git refund but not full refund. The item ordered took so long to be delivered and not so good when it arrived, still gave a vad shoulder

As I said trying to get shipping info was impossible
