Slow shipping

Easy to order and quick shipment

I haven't tried the leg unit yet.

Shipping was delayed and products are not in working condition.

As I said the device was okay, the strap (extension belt) was not. Confusing picture on booklet instruction. Picture showing the device on top of shoulder and picture showing below shoulder on the upper portion of the arm. I don't really know which one is correct. But, I tried both and the extension belt strap doesn't make sense how to attach it. If it is too tight it doesn't look neat like the one shown on your booklet if its loose it don't do the work.

I paid you the money months ago and yet I haven't received the product! Went through tracking yesterday and no one could even find the package. I would like a refund ASAP! Gerry Owens

A long delay in receiving it after it was shipped, but finally arrived!

Terrible on-line deceptive promotion and equally bad customer service. The company expected this and after return inquiries placed an un-advertised restocking fee on any (?) dissatisfied customer. GET OFF THE INTERNET!

Too many ads

It's supposed to fully charge in 4 hrs. The blue light never comes on.

It took time to receive the device (about 9 days) after order date, and I really needed the help on the date that I ordered it. Instead I got help from Physical Therapy ordered by physician, and found that much more effective than using the Rejuvacare device.

Helps my feet feel better

The representative that helped me over the phone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional.

Shopping was fine. It just doesn't help my back

The primary problem was that they did not give my wife any relief from her sciatica pain, and it was a investment in which I would like to recoup my money and return the rejuvacare care which has been only opened and used once

The machine does not work it worked twice. I charge it and it won’t work. It won’t start. It’s junk.

Customer service could be better.

Way too many videos “required” to watch. Original video said doctor created shoulder brace to eliminate shoulder surgeries but after I purchased, it was just a bunch of other videos trying to sell other products. Shoulder brace instructions terrible and so far it is not doing anything for my pain.

Took a very long time for delivery

Hard upsell. Product doesn’t work

Took to long to just order what I wanted to order. Didn’t want anything else from the site , wouldn’t let me check out till I sat through what ever it was that he was selling. Bunch of b.s. If you want someone to buy another product put it out there and have the customer choose if they are interested.

Great description and pictures to help persuade if this is the right solution for lower back discomfort.

i decided to not purchase and never completed transaction but it came anyhow so i decided to give it a try, but it is just snake oil treatment!

Paid for expedited shipping and after a week I received notice that the product cleared customs! The marketing piece indicated it was being shipped from within the US. It took over two weeks to get product.
