I wish if if we could add pages or sleeves to the same order when purchasing BT21 binders given the pain we have to go through with shipping and customs

No tracking number given from the beginning, replies take days to submit, items are pricey and those are just cute binders. I wanted to spoil me for once but honestly I don’t feel I can recommend this website.

everything was so organized and I got updates regularly about my order ☺️ the package was well packed and it arrived safely to me.

At first the items may seem a little pricey, but the quality of binder and binder sheets alone explains that. The stunning designs are a great bonus.

I didn't need customer service for this purchase but only because I have spoken to them prior this presale with questions and they were all answered promptly 👍

The website is easy to use, everything you need is easy to find. I liked the binder and pages deal where you get a little discount ordering a certain amount of pages with your binder. Shipping took a little longer than last time which is not the sellers fault, I assume but it’s worth to wait for such high quality products.

An absolutely gorgeous beautiful binder. I love the pockets they are so incredible steady. The binder itself holds many pages and its very secure. Many thanks to the customer service team for adding cyprus on the list of countries at checkout and for being there to answer all my enquiries.
