Loved shopping the site and using the world warehouse! However, the shipping company Relay that was used ehen my parcel arrived in the UK are abysmal. They said they had tried to deliver one day when i was home and there was zero knocks at my door. Then when they did redeliver successfully, it was at 8pm on a Sunday night. Never known a shipping company like it. Excellent Service from Ultbias, not impressed with their choice of shipment company.
