I tried to order other items on a one time only basis, and at checkout the option kept defaulting to subscription. URGH I want to try before I subscribe. I canceled the order.

Overall a great experience

The two times I've ordered it took forever. The first time was weeks until it was shipped the second time they never bothered shipping it. Both times I tried to speak to a rep and they just straight up lied to me because one day it would be "we are gonna ship tomorrow" and two days later it would be another excuse. Super shitty way to conduct business

They are rude, incompetent and corrupt. They mailed it to the wrong address which was just my billing address not my shipping so i never received it. Now I have to go through the bank to get a refund
