The flow is not smooth. When I finally got the purchase done it does NOT give any estimates of delivery. When info for delivery is finally sent, it requires a cell phone to scan the code to get access. TOO MUCH WORK! Just send the USPS link in an email so I can check it anytime. Also not easy to contact about customer service then no one return email. Appreciate refund being done but you could have sent me a note that it was being handled not wait for me to look on the site.
