I do not agree with your cancellation policy. I placed an order and requested to cancel it literally two minutes later, only to be told that it could not be canceled. In this day and time, and within such a short window, there should be a system in place that allows customers to cancel orders within at least 30 minutes. Instead, customers are forced to pay a $10 return fee to send the shoe back. That is unacceptable.
