The shoes labeled final sale no returns no exchanges is not fair to the customers when the shoes that are sold on this site generally require a size up to get the shoes to fit. AW needs to allow an exchange for a different size otherwise AW has the customers money but the customer has shoes that cannot be worn. Unfair.
