I keep getting emails about how it is going but I never received the product. I tried to cancel the order after not having received it for a month, I needed it before that, but no one would help me. Now I am getting emails asking to review it and I never received it!! Terrible experience

Ordered item in April and did not receive it until late June. And the product does not work as advertised.

you do not respond to emails , and you do not keep your word as to the delivery date.

It took extremely long for me to reserve my items.

Trying to sell me more stuff at all POS points, reducing pricing and then send emails about the same thing at same price saying it's discounted or a special it's a bad marketing tactic.

Advertised on delivery date then moved it further out. As a result I wasn't able to use it on the trip for which it was ordered.

Your company is NOT trustworthy or reputable.

The photos are deceiving. They show a substantial, sturdy looking product, which this item is not.

Timing of receipt of our order was just perfect!!

The order was delivered promptly.

My order was delayed a month. They sent an email several times about the delays, which I appreciated, but then my order arrived late and broken/dirty.

prefer was no here in time for our trip - must return item

Shipping was split and did not get notified when the rest of order would ship..

shopping was not the issue. Getting the merchandise in a timely fashion was a major issue. I won't be ordering from Pawpy again

I never even received the second item. It was “undeliverable” whatever that means.

You guys were swamped due to the overwhelming response to your adds on IG but my patience paid off and so far very happy.

Product delivery estimated it would take more like a few months. In reviewing the tracking info it was shipped from China. Customer service little to no help.

Other than lengthy delivery time, the whole process was very good.

Everything has been wonderful, outside of the delay to receive it. (About a month) But if you are just starting up, I totally understand and I’m happy to support your product.

Took too long to ship. I was not able to use my car forever.

did not receive the cozy rider 2.0. do not know if they stopped making it. no reason given for refunding the money.

No customer service no contact number false advertising and you use the slowest shipping service possible USPS

i still have not received my full order from a June 4 order. and it’s quite expensive and one would expect better service. In addition, it’s almost impossible to speak with anyone from customer service. I am quite disappointed
