i still have not received my full order from a June 4 order. and it’s quite expensive and one would expect better service. In addition, it’s almost impossible to speak with anyone from customer service. I am quite disappointed

Very easy to install. Keeps both dogs safe and happy.

Long delay in shipment. Difficulty in getting answers from the website “contact us” portal. I am quite frustrated with this vendor.

After ordering I was told it was so busy and my order wasn't ready for another 2 weeks which is unacceptable but I wasn't offered my money back so still waiting. Very disappointed and would never give a positive review with such bad customer service.

Broken promises and failure to provide an actual product.

My order has been backordered for a month. No info on shipment.

Almost 30 days in, have not received order. No update on shipment, no delayed fulfillment messages just nothing. Lots of money and nothing to show for it. Email sent to inquire-have not yet received a response

I ordered the cargo mat a couple months ago and it’s been on backorder ever since. I’m not at all satisfied.

No answers with a time frame for my order and it will be 2 months in another week and a half.

Easy to shop but too many “Do you want to add ….” steps between ordering and actually buying the product I wanted.

Don't even have it yet to know if we like it. An update would be great on where my order is

I never received my free gifts or the seat cover. Just the bed topper. I have emailed several times w no response. My next approach will be to contact my credit card and dispute the charge. This is absolutely inappropriate! I will also do a post on social media so Noone else gets scammed.

I ordered the set cover and pad only got pad . Sent text about order and no one responded as to were my seat cover is !!!

Came on time and the product is nice the plastic inserts dont look like they will hold up long term but been using it several weeks and is doing just fine so far.

No updates, no mdse, not made in the US,

Placed order and was delivered in a very reasonable amount of time.

No response from customer service

Overall good, but it would have been nice to indicate that the primary purchase of the dog platform for the back seat would not be delivered at the same time as the cushion. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting for the other part of my order to show.

Not sure it’s worth the price for inserts.
