While shipping is slow, the products are good.

I can't get a response from customer service.

Just don't like it.

Delivery was done in two parts over a month and a half apart by the time I got my second delivery it was incomplete still missing a dog safety harne ss that I paid for and have replied two or three times to them on the matter and have not received a response back or the dog harness ….

Ordered the cover …..it came with easy installation my dog likes it.

I waited for over a month to receive my order. I thought I was scammed.

Waited over a month for it to arrive even though I paid for express delivery, then the product ripped the first time I used it. Still waiting for instructions on refund and shipping.

Horrible it does even hold my 50 pound dog. Those plastic pieces need to be held in place some how. Its terrible my dog hates it, when its in the truck, she doesn't want to get in.

took 2 months to recieve my order

I emailed like twice and never got a response which that did not make things any better Did not know that my package was coming because there was never a tracking number apparently from whoever was delivering so I was worried about somebody stealing something off my porch and not knowing when it's coming. Never got replies back from the two times that reached out that didn't make me very happy.

It took forever to get my cover and no communication while I'm waiting. I didn't know what was going on. Then when I got here, it doesn't fit my truck properly.
