It is not easy to exchange items for a bigger size, like it is stated on the website. All exchanges must be posted to AUSTRIA at customers expense.
This is NOT made clear on the website
UK citizens DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM website- IT is NOT a UK based company. I have just wasted £70 and have a heated gillet which is too small and isn’t the size stated on the website.
They do not want to help me unless I pay postage to Austria, £30. Then customs can confiscate
