Because my order was shipped from China, it took almost a month to arrive. Customer service fulfilled their guarantee to send me a different tuning fork for free because it was delivered over 3 weeks after I ordered it. I appreciate that.

The entire company seems like smoke and mirrors. It would not surprise me to find out they bought my tuning forks from Temu or Shein, 10x the price and sold them to me. The US store front is fake, the products are not made in USA as they stated. I am so sad, I want numerous other forks, but after this experience, I will not buy from them. Took them 2 weeks to ship. I missed my class from lack of service and no way to get info except email.

Ordered 2 different pairs. Only received one earring for the silver pair. And one black earring is damaged to the point that they can’t be used. This is after waiting 6 weeks for my order. TO TOP IT OFF, YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO 3 SEPARATE EMAILS REQUESTING REFUND.
