They don’t work! They’re much too quiet and only hold a note for a couple seconds. They are not at all professional quality tuning forks as advertised. Customer service has done nothing but prove to me all of this company’s brand promises were outright lies. I’m disheartened because this was a big investment I made to help bring nervous system regulation to people in my community after a long winter in Minnesota. I’ve been scammed, disregarded, and insulted by them.
