my shock clock three max despite being advertised as rugged shattered from a 3 foot fall off my dresser on to carpet. Then emailed support and while they gave me a significant discount on a pavlok 3 pro they still nickel and dimed me, AND THEN after explicitly asking me if i wanted to use the same shipping address and me saying no and providing my new address they sent it to the wrong location. i am still waiting on a replacement

The shopping experience overall was great, the only problem was that the order processing took quite a while. I waited two and a half weeks for the order to be processed and another 2 months for the order to be shipped to my door.
