The pavlok 3 is a total life-saver! I had such a hard time waking up until I found the shock watch. I haven't had any technical issues with this actual model and it's been 2.5 years of owning it with nightly use. If you have a hard time waking up to a traditional alarm this is a must have! Coming from somebody who owns a soundbar that is dedicated to alarms at full volume and that still only works sometimes, however the zap from the watch works everytime!

I can't praise this device enough. I sleep lighter now and don't need the hard zaps like I used to. I am in the medical field so I can work some long hours and get little sleep. On those days I need the zap, and this new band (compared to the mesh band) works way better for me. It stays in place, looks good, doesn't pull my hair, and doesn't come off easy (so no more slipping the band off to catch more sleep). Never realized how reliant on this watch till the zap stopped. I do shift work and have hearing issues so I might have to get a second backup so I don’t lose my job. Just wish there was shock setting that was fully independent from the app because the app seems to have new bug every other week and I’m not even on android. Replacement and customer service were great though!

After setup and a few days of testing, I can safely say this is a wonderful new product from Pavlok. I've been using the Shock Clock 2 for a while now and the latest Pavlok Shock Clock Max is very promising. Not having to use the app to set up my alarms, tracking sleep right on the watch, the different light options, faces and tunes (Rick Astley, anyone?) are a total quality of life improvement. I have tried multiple methods to wake up. Bought a vibrating alarm clock off amazon and it wasn't strong enough. Ended up with 2 sonic boom clocks and put the bed shaker in my bra. It’s a little snug but can be loosened I opted for this over the smart phone clips - I felt like have my Apple Watch AND shock clock on one band might be too bulky. The only dislike is it affect motion detection so I opt for QR code instead of jumping jacks

Really impressed by the upgrade in design. The… shockers…? On the back of the pavlok are way less prominent and more comfortable than earlier versions. I loved my v3, but was always thinking how I wished it had a clock face, so this is exactly what i was looking for. Lots of new functionality from the older versions.
