If you're hoping to use the pavlok to wake you up, you're right! This thing will has so many ways to get you out of bed regardless of your issues with waking up in the morning. Very thrilled customer service was excellent! Apparently they don’t make this model anymore, but they somehow dug up some wristbands for me from a back shelf somewhere sent them and I got them within three days and they did it all for free. I still have the actual mechanism, but kids have ruined the wristbands. They were kind enough to give me a new wristband. Highly recommend this company very fast service.

Quick and easy. I still have to return the old one. Sorry I have two jobs. I will send it back. For some reason I had the same issue though. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for the battery to show the proper usage. Although I wasn’t positive of this because the old one could have still been hooked up. I hit to forget this device. I like the metal mech design as an alternative to the original rubber strap and it is very comfortable and easy to clean (using an ultrasonic cleaner). It is also easier to put on and remove than the rubber strap and complements the wrist unit design nicely.

This thing is great. I’ve been a hard core “hit snooze” person for years. I bought this primarily to see if it would help me get out of bed and create a better morning routine. Since day 1 of using it I have not snoozed once and have gotten out of bed within 30 seconds of it going off. Couple of things that need to be addressed but great device with a lot of upside. Beep function on 70% is way louder than 80-100%. Seems odd but it is extremely noticeable. The cover broke off mine so I reached out and amazingly it was handled like there was a real human using a real human brain! Instead of wasting packaging material and shipping sending me a whole box just for the 2” main component they sent me just what I needed with no wasteful packaging or anything. I have one alarm set that just buzzes me and that wakes me up about half the time but the electric shock alarm right after it makes sure the job is done.
